About The Position

The Quality Control Analyst supports organizational compliance and quality assurance efforts by monitoring adherence to internal standards, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations. This role plays a key part in maintaining audit readiness, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement across operations. The analyst works closely with compliance, quality, and operational teams to identify risks, support corrective actions, and ensure consistent execution of quality and compliance requirements in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or risk management
  • Experience supporting regulated programs, audits, or quality assurance activities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to type 45 words per minute
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical conduct
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance.
  • Favorable credit check for all cleared positions.
  • Successfully pass a background investigation, drug screen.
  • US Citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance and quality records related to personnel, credentials, and operational readiness
  • Verify that assigned staff meet required qualifications, training, and suitability requirements prior to operational assignment
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Identify, document, and escalate compliance risks or gaps to management
  • Support audits, reviews, and internal assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports on compliance status, trends, and findings
  • Collaborate with quality and operational leadership to recommend process improvements
  • Ensure activities align with confidentiality, privacy, and ethical standards
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by tracking issues and corrective actions
  • Perform duties using approved enterprise systems and tools
  • Perform related duties as assigned within scope of practice
