About The Position

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an entry-level motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our team. The position requires the following, but is not limited to: Conduct, document, and provided feedback on quality control reviews to assess adherence to company standards and procedures Assist in gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement Analyze basic metrics and prepare reports based on quality control data Assist with associate scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for call volume Work with confidential and/or sensitive information, data, and matter in accordance to company standards Assist with other duties as requested. This role offers a merit-based work-from-home program, with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week after initial in-person training.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
• A minimum of two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role is required.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship is a requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with basic office and quality control software tools is preferred.
