About The Position

Mickey Truck Bodies, a premier manufacturer of state-of-the-art truck bodies, trailers, and specially engineered vehicles, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst II to join their Quality Control team at their High Point, NC headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, developing dashboards, solving problems, and supporting manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced environment. The company serves customers in over 50 countries across various industries including food & beverage, propane, emergency rescue, battery, rental trucks, oil & gas, and data storage.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboard development, Data visualization
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/dashboard software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Associate degree with relevant experience will be considered).
  • 3–5 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing experience (Six Sigma certification or training is a plus).
  • Project management experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, charts, and performance tracking documents.
  • Analyze and interpret quality data using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards or similar reporting tools.
  • Prepare quality inspection packets and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding units requiring dealership attention.
  • Assist the Quality team in meeting production deadlines and quality objectives.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, email correspondence, printing, and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality while interacting with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned.
