About The Position
Support laboratory testing, method development, and quality operations at a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a 12-month contract with possible extension, working an administrative Monday–Friday schedule for 40 hours per week. The position is scheduled to start immediately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience with analytical method development, validation, and transfer.
- Experience with OOS and deviation investigations.
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HPLC/GC.
- Experience with capillary electrophoresis.
Responsibilities
- Run routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process, environmental, finished goods, and stability samples.
- Develop, qualify, validate, and transfer analytical methods.
- Interpret results against specifications and recommend release.
- Participate in out-of-specification (OOS) and failure investigations.
- Write reports, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with contract laboratories.
