Requirements

Associate's degree in Life Sciences or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience working in a regulated laboratory or cGMP environment.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
Experience using laboratory systems, quality systems, or related software tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to quality, safety, continuous learning, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples to support product quality.
Deliver accurate and timely laboratory results to support manufacturing operations and product release.
Review analytical data and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document laboratory activities, investigations, and quality records in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain laboratory materials, supplies, and organization to support efficient operations.
Develop knowledge in environmental monitoring, biochemistry, and microbiology testing methods.
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and technical teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
