About The Position

We are currently looking to fill a QC Analyst position in the Bioassay Cell Core Team with a 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures and tests a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. After manufacturing the biopharmaceuticals then move into the quality control department to pass rigorous testing requirements prior to being made available to patients worldwide. Our QC Analyst, Cell Core are on the front line, to ensure the QC Bioassays can be performed. This role will perform all tasks necessary to maintain the multiple cell lines required for bioassay testing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains mammalian cell lines
  • Gathers data and documents test results.
  • Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
  • Participates in required training activities.
  • Maintains laboratory supplies.
  • Writes and revises reports, qualifications, and procedures.
  • Maintains laboratory purchased reagents, equipment, and supplies through ordering, login, inventory, and stocking.
  • Determines and responds to material alert levels or provides stability study metrics as required.
  • Completes laboratory documentation and reviews logbook data.
  • Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.
  • Coordinates sample and reagent transfers/shipments, verifying integrity of received materials.
  • Interacts with outside customers or functional peer groups.
  • May be responsible for maintaining a specific project.
  • May devise or develop new analytical methods and techniques.
  • May assist in validation of methods.
  • May be involved in establishing the transfer of methodology from R&D.
