Winnebago Towables has an immediate opening for a Quality and Compliance Technician to support and enhance quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process. This role is involved across the full manufacturing lifecycle—from incoming materials to finished goods—ensuring products meet internal requirements as well as external regulatory and industry standards. The Quality and Compliance Technician conduct inspections, audits, testing, and data analysis; creates quality documentation; and drives continuous improvement using structured problem‑solving methodologies. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) requirements while partnering cross‑functionally to improve product quality, reduce warranty issues, and support operational excellence.
