The Colville Tribal Health Care Authority is seeking a highly skilled and culturally competent Quality, Compliance & Patient Experience Coordinator to support patient advocacy, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement activities at the San Poil Treatment Center (SPTC). This position serves as the primary patient advocate for SPTC and is responsible for coordinating patient complaints, grievances, patient satisfaction activities, quality improvement initiatives, policy compliance monitoring, and regulatory readiness efforts. The Coordinator serves as the on-site quality and compliance representatives for SPTC and works collaboratively with leadership, clinical staff, and support departments to ensure compliance with Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements, ASAM standards, Tribal policies, funding requirements, and organizational quality improvement goals. The position will represent SPTC on organization-wide Quality Improvement and Compliance Committees and serve as a liaison between facility operations and healthcare authority-wide quality initiatives. The Coordinator will perform their job duties in a professional manner while assuring that all patient rights, quality standards, and compliance requirements are maintained.
