About The Position

This role is a key part of making that happen. You will play a critical role in ensuring our operations at the Pleasant Prairie Logistics Center (PPLC) comply with legal and regulatory requirements, deliver safe and effective medicine while ultimately contributing to the broader mission of advancing healthcare and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

Requirements

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with compliance software and databases
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Competence in risk management and mitigation
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States.

  • Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare compliance role
  • Advanced certifications in compliance or regulatory fields
  • Understanding of global compliance regulations and standards
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Familiarity with advanced compliance technologies
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation
  • Effective leadership and team collaboration skills and experience managing direct reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
  • Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations through monitoring and conducting internal audits and investigations.
  • Initiate, manage and facilitate quality system adherence and improvements.
  • Provide guidance and oversee the investigation and change control systems.
  • Ensure Revolution documents are implemented per project plan.
  • Manage updates to all local documents and applicable Global procedures and policies.
  • Lead and direct the management review process for the PPLC.
  • Provide QA support to internal/external audits.
  • Provide quality consultation to supply chain operations and support functions.
