About The Position

All Service Plastic Molding (ASPM), a proud member of The Minco Group, is looking for a meticulous and motivated Quality CMM Programmer and Lead Inspector to join our high-volume manufacturing team! Requirements

• 3 years of CMM programming and dimensional inspection experience, ideally in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Expert knowledge of QA/QC principles and a strong ability to interpret complex technical documents.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Zeiss equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and maintain advanced CMM programs for in-process inspections and tool approvals.
• Manage gage approvals (Gage R&R, MSA) and mentor our Lab Inspectors to sharpen their skills.
• Collaborate directly with engineering to develop custom workholding and fixtures that ensure flawless measurement repeatability.
• Investigate dimensional issues and partner with production teams to continuously enhance product quality.
• Perform hands-on quality inspections on various plastic parts and components.
