Requirements

  • HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a quality / manufacturing environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Technical 2-year degree or certification
  • Working experience in manufacturing or quality environment
  • Knowledge of SAP and Quality Notifications
  • Results focused work ethic to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and associates at all levels and external customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation, planning, problem solving, organizational, project management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP

Responsibilities

  • Manage module center returns
  • Manage customer returns with turnaround of <90 days
  • Manage RNA/PPX monthly reduction
  • Manage and track corrective action completion
  • Manage and track material return requests
  • Track daily progress of actions
  • Maintain Quality Clinic Gated Process
  • Run status reports for inspection lots & QNs
  • Facilitate and attend meetings with different organizational groups
  • Daily 6S
  • Other duties as assigned
