About The Position

The Cell Lead I is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and leading the activities of a cellular work team in a manufacturing environment. They ensure the team meets assigned goals and objectives while working with various production machinery and equipment. The role involves executing production schedules, scheduling employees, ensuring materials availability, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating on-the-job training. This is a 1st shift position, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. The Cell Lead position is eligible for a $3/hour cell lead premium.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and processes
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage relationships and team facilitation

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience
• Medical manufacturing experience
• Familiar with ISO and FDA requirements
• Certifications in a related field
