Your Role A Test Manager leads end-to-end software quality assurance, defining test strategies, managing testing teams, and coordinating UAT to ensure products are fit for release. They bridge technical and business teams, identifying risks and improving testing efficiency across Agile or traditional projects.

Requirements

  • 6–12 years in Software Quality Assurance with proven expertise across test strategy, execution, and delivery.
  • B2+ (or higher) certification in German, with ability to collaborate in multilingual environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring QA teams, driving performance and delivery excellence.
  • Strong ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Design structured test strategies, plans, and scripts aligned with project scope, risks, and timelines.
  • Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring effective task allocation and performance management.
  • Drive test execution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery against milestones.
  • Define and enforce defect lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely resolution.
  • Communicate quality metrics, risks, and release readiness to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Enhance testing efficiency by optimizing processes, tools, and automation practices.
