About The Position

As a Quality Auditor, you will ensure that all processes and products meet established quality standards. This includes conducting daily inbound and outbound quality audits across various categories to ensure compliance with quality guidelines. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits of shipments and examining inventory for defects to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. You will also verify proper storage, handling, and documentation of products, and accurately document audit findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions in quality management systems. This role participates in the continuous improvement of quality control procedures and best practices, communicates effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding quality expectations, audit results, and process improvements, and monitors and reports on key quality metrics to support operational goals. A strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, productivity, and quality is essential, as is fostering a motivated workforce through timely communication, consistency, fairness, and recognition of good work or ideas. Other duties as assigned will support the overall quality and efficiency of the distribution center.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience with or the ability to learn SAP.
High energy, versatility, and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
