Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret procedures, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

  • Quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, printing, production, or ISO experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and maintain inspection and test plans
  • Perform product inspections and verify compliance with customer specifications
  • Coordinate customer inspections and quality documentation
  • Maintain calibration records and quality systems
  • Support internal and external quality audits
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, banking requirements, and customer specifications
  • Investigate non-conformances (NCRs) and customer complaints
  • Assist with corrective and preventive actions to improve quality
  • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
  • Assist the Quality Manager with projects that improve efficiency and quality performance
