The core function of the Quality Auditor is to ensure retailer satisfaction by serving as a critical checkpoint for quality and performance standards. Proactive problem-solving and the ability to identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance customer satisfaction are key skills for this role. The Quality Auditor must be capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional team members to drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Ability to walk warehouse floor for long periods
  • Ability to lift (20–50 lbs.)
  • Ability to work around moving equipment safely
  • Ability to support Operations in other departments during peak volume
  • Ability to display strong teamwork skills; collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and operational standards are met
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to stoop, squat, and kneel regularly, and lift/carry up to 50lbs
  • Be a safety champion and actively contribute to our safety-centric culture
  • Highly motivated, Detail-oriented, and Self-Starter

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3+ years in warehouse operations (preferred)
  • Prior experience with equipment operation preferred with certification required long term
  • Prior experience with quality auditing / inventory control
  • Prior experience with RF scanning systems and barcode technology
  • Warehousing, distribution, farming, light industrial/manufacturing, or construction experience
  • Familiarity with operating warehousing power equipment
  • Comfortability using voice-directed systems

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits on receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Inspect products for damage, accuracy, labeling, and packaging quality
  • Verify compliance with SOPs and work instructions
  • Perform cycle counts
  • Perform bin audits
  • Perform location accuracy checks
  • Identify mis-picks, short shipments, and overages
  • Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies
  • Use systems like WMS (Warehouse Management System), Excel, or audit tracking tools
  • Document audit results
  • Document defects and error trends
  • Assist in generating actionable reports for Leadership
  • Accompany Supervisor on occasion to perform store shipment audits
