About The Position

This position verifies that all product and regulatory documentation is accurate, correct and complete prior to all product(s) shipping from the facility. Records all applicable information as directed. This is a safety sensitive position.

Requirements

• Verifies that all product and regulatory documentation is accurate, correct and complete prior to all product(s) shipping from the facility.
• Records all applicable information as directed.
• Identifies and isolates questionable product.
• Assures daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in their area.
• Monitors and documents HACCP, GMP and SSOP regulations in their area.
• Verifies all documentation in each area is according to regulations and is complete prior to pre-shipment verifications.
• Assures each pallet of product processed is pre-shipment verified prior to leaving the floor.
• Obtains finished product samples for the laboratory.
• Assures products processed meet all in plant food safety requirements.

Responsibilities
