Reporting to the Quality Team Leader, you will support food safety and quality during weekend operations, working either a four‑day or five‑day work week based on candidate preference and business needs. You will evaluate finished product, monitor Critical Control Points, and verify that production and sanitation processes are followed to ensure product is safe, compliant, and ready for release.
