About The Position

Our Client in Salem, NJ is seeking a temporary Quality Assurance/Regulatory Support Associate for their facility. This is a temporary position with the potential to become temp-to-hire. The client is open to full-time or part-time schedules, depending on availability. Schedule options include: Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Part-time: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM or Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM This position offers $22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory, or GMP-regulated environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable supporting cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving facility records to ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements
• Reviewing and releasing production runs in the MIS system
• Reviewing, organizing, and filing records in the appropriate locations
• Assisting the QA Manager with instrument calibration activities, including drafting documentation, packaging instruments for shipment, and reviewing documents against specifications
• Supporting Quality, Regulatory, and Safety functions as needed
• Assisting with additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
