Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 months related experience
• Basic Data Entry
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure
• HACCP Qualified

Responsibilities

• Performing hourly control tests, inspections of random samples of finished products, pre-operational inspections and swabbing to ensure cleanliness of lines.
• Ability to check all of the following: Oven exit & finishing moisture, Salt contents, color, P.H., Count per pound, Breakage and length, Bag, label, case count and bag weight checks, Metal detection checks as required.
• Collection of samples for Micro Testing.
• Completion of COA paperwork.
• Pre-operational inspections of line.
• Swabbing using ATP, AllerSnap, and AllerFlow swabs.
• Sanitation of lab and equipment.
• Enter test results into computer as required.
• Adhering to all GMP’s, both personal and operational.
