About The Position

The Quality Assurance Sr Analyst tests and validates reports, applications, and databases to ensure development initiatives meet project business standards. This role is responsible for providing estimates, developing and executing test cases, and ensuring end-to-end application testing, including requirement reviews and defect analysis. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 4 to 6 years (or more) of experience in IT quality assurance.
• Proficiency in standard QA tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with database/report validation.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred.
• Experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rules, regulations and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors in multiple states preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform essential QA duties, including executing complex test cases and validating data accuracy prior to production deployment.
• Review the test deliverables of teammates to ensure the standard use of tools for QA reporting and metrics.
• Review requirements for clarity, testability, and consistency. Assist Business Analysts (BAs) in creating functional requirements by providing insight into existing processes and system capabilities.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Project Test Plans and Test Reports.
• Support and mentor junior QA Analysts, assisting with issue escalation and regular knowledge sharing.
• Provide accurate project task estimations for QA efforts.
