Requirements
Language- Fluent in English
Required – Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university
First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention
Required – Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience and/or training
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.

Responsibilities
Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.
May conduct scheduled and ad hoc reviews of child records, personnel files, medication logs and operational documentation to verify accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.
Maintain documentation of recommendations and any technical assistance provided,
May provide oversight of assigned division assets using a pre-determined system for procuring, assigning, and reassigning assets as it related to A-133 guidelines and agency policy.
Ensure all vehicle leases are up to date and all maintenance and safety recalls are completed according to lease requirements.
May serve as the chair of the division Safety Committee or any other ad hoc committee.
Collaborate with program leadership on any updated policies and procedures based on regulatory changes or audit outcomes.
Ensure timely submission of records reviews and/or investigations summaries.
Collaborate with program leadership during the request for information process and interviews.
Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training, and team decisions.
May work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor.
Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.

May serve as a liaison between the residential programs and supply vendors, using Compass Connections procurement as appropriate, as it relates to travel, safety, food, maintenance, and assets.
Provide tactical and strategic coordination during emergency evacuation of the service population.
Provide oversight of division safety initiatives and workplace safety data
May provide evaluative oversight of the National School Lunch Program activities and deliverables and supervision of the National School Lunch Program Director.
May work irregular days/hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, depending on needs.
May require frequent transfer from one location to another.
Meets all deadlines required by program supervisor and federal partners.
