This role is part of a team that supplies food to customers across the US, Mexico, and Canada. The position's purpose is to organize, monitor, improve, and provide technical support to the quality department.

Responsibilities

Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders.
Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies.
Assist with internal and customer requests, reports and responses.
Organize and maintain finished product specifications and assist with specification review.
Participate in company compliance programs of the facility.
Data entry and administration duties for the quality department.
Assistance with ERP system development and maintenance.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of documents and data entered.
Identify and communicate quality issues to quality management.
Maintain knowledge of company and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Micro Coordinator to accomplish daily activities.
Serves as a contact with 3rd party laboratories as needed.
Other related duties as assigned from Quality Management.
