About The Position

CACI is seeking an experienced, self-directed Quality Assurance Specialist to support the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. This role is crucial in ensuring quality standards are met and policies are adhered to within a Department of Defense (DoD) organization. The specialist will assist in developing and documenting quality assurance plans, process documentation, and collecting and reviewing quality-centric data.

Requirements

  • Capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD Secret Clearance
  • 8+ Years of relevant technical experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).

Nice To Haves

  • An active DoD Secret or higher clearance
  • Understanding of service desk and/or call center operations and metrics
  • ITIL Foundation or higher ITIL certification
  • Experience working in the Department of Defense

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality audits and evaluations to ensure the highest level of service is being provided.
  • Evaluate negative surveys, investigate complaints or performance concerns.
  • Support implementation of process improvements in support of readiness activities by coordinating internal documentation and data reviews, tracking corrective actions.
  • Track results and analyze to identify concerns and provide reports to management recommending improvements.
  • Support the development and documentation of standardized QA processes and establish/modify assessment criteria based on applicable standards.
