This role supervises both Quality Assurance (QA) Technicians and the Sanitation team to ensure compliance with company policies, SQF, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements throughout all stages of production. The position involves overseeing daily cleaning activities, managing product disposition, leading investigations, and providing training to personnel. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, generating performance reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety principles and the ability to foster a robust food safety culture.
