The Quality Assurance - QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations performed on aviation components meet applicable regulatory authority and airworthiness standards. This role requires strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental rules, as well as high ethical standards. The inspector will be proficient in various inspection procedures, including incoming, in-process (hidden damage), and final inspections, utilizing a range of calibrated tools and equipment. Key responsibilities include interpreting technical documents, complying with civil aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, etc.), and meticulously documenting all inspections. The position involves working collaboratively in a team environment, continuously seeking to improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality, cross-training, and assisting engineering in new repair techniques and process optimization.
