About The Position

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead responsible to ensure that food safety and quality assurance monitoring programs are carried out. Communicate results to supervisor and other on-site leadership as needed. Facilitate training of Quality Assurance Technicians. Prioritize department needs and assign staff accordingly. Support, implement, improve, and maintain quality assurance programs. Requirements

• Excellent leadership, communication, training and team building skills.
• Good writing, statistical, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and respond to the concerns of managers and subordinates.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must be able to use GIS.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
