The Quality Assurance Team Lead is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the facility's Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs. Ensure compliance with company, government, customers and GSFI standards. Inspect, audit and validate all phases of quality performance (quality at the source, raw materials, production, packaging and distribution). This role involves a leading and supportive role in the daily affairs of the department, training and verifying SFQA Technicians, and monitoring and training all personnel in good manufacturing practices (GMP). The lead will also conduct internal audits, report data and HACCP documents, manage inventory of FSQA supplies, assist in sample collection and testing, conduct food safety and quality checks, and provide training programs.
