About The Position

In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies, the Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring quality is a priority each and every time, while also achieving deadlines and customer satisfaction. A general knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding, process and part terminology, and sampling plans is required. This will be a rotating (4) 10-hour shifts from 2:00PM - 12:30AM.

Requirements

Ability to work (4) 10-hour shifts from 2:00PM - 12:30AM
Employee must be able to properly use mic’s and inspection equipment.
Understand programming.
Must have high school or trade school diploma or minimum of five years in the trade or suitable equivalent.

Responsibilities

Visual inspection, in process inspection, final inspection audits, perform dimensional analysis, First Article Inspection
Types of measuring equipment at a minimum: Calipers, Indicators, Micrometers, go/no go.
Comparators & Microscope (software aided) knowledge a plus
Must have Plastic Injection Molding Operation and Inspection experience
Must pass vision and color tests
Inspector must have MS Word & Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
Data entry and some basic statistical/math knowledge is required.
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to work un-supervised and well with others – in a team environment.
Must be able to train others on quality criteria and gauging techniques
A general knowledge of ISO 9001 is needed, must comply with Company ISO policies and procedures
Inventory Control experience a plus
