About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting three seasoned, highly skilled Quality Assurance Final Inspectors on behalf of a valued client partner in the precision manufacturing / medical device machining sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Quality Assurance Final Inspector opportunities. We are seeking detail-oriented quality professionals who can perform final inspections on finished precision components, verify documentation accuracy, and ensure only conforming product moves forward for shipment or next-stage processing. This role requires precision measurement expertise, blueprint comprehension, and strong discipline in regulated environments. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or unstable resumes will not be accepted or interviewed. We are prioritizing professionals with consistent tenure, strong inspection capability, and dependable attendance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inspection or quality assurance experience in machining, manufacturing, or precision parts environments
  • Strong blueprint reading and dimensional interpretation skills
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and similar measuring tools
  • Proven ability to inspect tight-tolerance parts accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned shift schedules
  • Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing experience
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485
  • GD&T familiarity
  • Experience with first article or final release inspections
  • CNC machining or machine shop background
  • Experience using comparators or optical inspection equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform final inspections on finished machined components prior to release
  • Verify dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators, and related tools
  • Review blueprints, specifications, travelers, and quality documentation
  • Confirm parts meet tolerance, cosmetic, and workmanship requirements
  • Identify and segregate nonconforming product
  • Complete inspection records accurately and maintain traceability documentation
  • Communicate quality concerns promptly to production or leadership teams
  • Maintain clean, organized, audit-ready inspection areas
  • Support continuous improvement and quality system compliance
