About The Position

Acero Precision is hiring a Quality Assurance Final Inspector to inspect precision-machined medical device components before they reach customers. The position is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and is on the 2nd shift. The inspector serves as the final quality check, ensuring that parts meet exact specifications and Acero Precision’s quality standards. The role offers $21.00–$26.00 per hour plus a 15% shift differential, with overtime available.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Blueprint-reading experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements.
• Inspect for scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface-finish defects, often under magnification.
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment.
• Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
