About The Position

Coordinate activities to direct and control an organization in order to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its performance. This role requires adherence to HTGSS policies and procedures, upholding HTGSS Core Values, and complying with all HTGSS Certification standards including Management System (TS16949), Environmental ISO 14001, and Health and Safety OHSAS 18001 policies. The individual must treat all team members with respect, maintain a positive work environment, manage the department budget efficiently, and perform additional assignments as required by the HOD. Furthermore, the position demands strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures, compliance with 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe and clean working environment, and meeting company safety goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assures that only PPAP approved products are delivered to the customer (including process changes, supplier changes, transfers, etc.).
Assures that all lessons learned (alerts, customer complaints, analyses, warranty evaluations, etc.) are respected within program phase and serial production.
Implement Internal Product, System and Process Audits.
Develop and implement quality system documentation and procedures.
IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Management representative.
Assure IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements are implemented.
