Think beyond what features are supposed to do and creatively seek ways to measure the qualitative experiences. You will ultimately be responsible for understanding how well our products work, advocating for critical changes, and representing how they'll be experienced by our customers. We are a nimble, fast-paced team that relies heavily on a tight relationship between Engineering, Program Management, and Quality Engineering. As a member of our passionate group in Siri Program Quality, you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to shape and improve our products to delight and inspire millions of Apple’s customers every day. In this role, you will test high profile software features on Apple platforms. You must be self-motivated with strong technical and interpersonal skills to help you navigate through ambiguity. In addition to manual testing, responsibilities will include design and implementation of test plans, risk analysis, customer impact analysis, cross-functional testing coordination, and integration testing across the system. A genuine enthusiasm for customer-focused design and high-quality technology will drive your impact in this role.
