This role supports workforce-related projects and processes, analyzes investigations, delivers training, and partners with business customers to design, develop, and own end-to-end Power BI solutions. The specialist will build complex dashboards and tracking tools that surface actionable insights, combine multiple data sources with robust data modeling and DAX, and maintain report accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders across the company. Responsibilities include presenting complex analyses in clear, understandable terms to audiences at all levels, tracking investigation progress and case outcomes, and establishing systems and controls that keep case tracking, EEOP data, and other performance metrics audit ready. This role also owns the timely preparation and ongoing compliance of Con Edison's annual Equal Employment Opportunity Plan (EEOP) and EEO programs consistent with Executive Order 11246 and applicable federal, state, and local civil rights laws. The specialist will document procedures, train users, and continuously improve data quality and reporting practices to enable leaders to make fair, data-informed decisions.
