This individual will coordinate and supervise pre-operation examination, when applicable. Strong leadership abilities must be able to make decisions on the fly. Resolve problems and issues with products, processes, and employees as they arise. Communicate frequently with USDA inspectors regarding the product, administration regarding quality, employees, safety, etc. Ensure compliance to HACCP plan for all products. Ensure compliance with third party customer and BRC standards. Establish and maintain documentation of shelf-life requirements, finished product specifications, leaker testing, formulation weights, temperatures, and other necessary standards. Ensure documentation is complete and accurate with high attention to detail, to ensure our compliance with our HACCP program, third party customer, and BRC standards.
