Associate OR Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Hospital Administration, Business OR Vocational Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Technician preferred. Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field preferred. Three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a mental health agency or county behavioral health program preferred. One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred. Experience with program data collection highly desired. Valid California Driver’s License required. How you will make a difference: Ensure compliance with company, state, and regulatory standards through Quality Assurance oversight. Coordinate data collection, evaluation, and reporting of outcomes with leadership Review and track incidents, grievances, and client/family satisfaction reports. Oversee client records, documentation standards, and chart audits. Support Utilization Review/QA Committees and provide staff supervision as assigned. Monitor timeliness of documentation and maintain updated policies/procedures. Assist with Medi‑Cal Certification/Recertification and medical record maintenance.
