About The Position

EIG Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Compliance Director to lead the organization’s Quality Management Program and regulatory compliance efforts. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations, including Chapters 6100, 6400, and 6500, while providing oversight of organizational quality, compliance, and internal controls across program operations, Human Resources, Finance, and administrative functions. The Director will conduct audits, identify risks, monitor quality indicators, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and positive outcomes for individuals receiving services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of quality assurance, quality management, compliance, or auditing experience within ODP-funded, healthcare, human services, or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Pennsylvania ODP regulations, Chapters 6100, 6400, and/or 6500.
  • Experience conducting audits, monitoring compliance, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Working knowledge of workforce compliance requirements and fiscal accountability practices within regulated service organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience overseeing Quality Management (QM) Plans and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid-funded services, HR compliance, financial controls, and risk management.
  • Experience preparing for licensing inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain the agency’s Quality Management Program in accordance with ODP requirements.
  • Conduct audits and monitoring activities related to program operations, individual records, incident management, workforce compliance, and fiscal accountability.
  • Monitor compliance with Chapters 6100, 6400, 6500, HCBS requirements, waiver standards, and organizational policies.
  • Review Human Resources processes, including personnel records, training compliance, credentialing, onboarding, and workforce-related regulatory requirements.
  • Review financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with Medicaid, contractual, funding, and organizational requirements.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, assess risk, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on quality indicators and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate responses to audits, licensing reviews, monitoring visits, and corrective action plans.
  • Partner with operational leaders to strengthen compliance, accountability, and organizational performance.
