About The Position

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Director with managing and organizing requirements related to certifications, licensure, onboarding/offboarding and compliance across the organization. This is a Remote position but the applicant must live and work from within the state of Arkansas.

  • Master’s degree or higher and licensed to provide counseling services preferred, but others will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews requirements for contracts, certifications, licenses, accreditations as instructed by QAD and help to streamline policies across the divisions that align with all regulatory bodies.
  • Assists with audits, surveys, etc. including maintaining documents, preparation, downloading documents, submitting documentation, corrective action plans, etc.
  • Helps manage and maintain a uniform platform for staff to access policies and procedures.
  • Assists with managing quality assurance related data including drills, inspections, outcomes, etc.
  • Assists when any issues arise in EHRYourWay, 3CX, Microsoft Teams, and the HR platform. Assists providers with ensuring documentation errors are addressed to support timely billing.
  • Assists with Quality Record Reviews and Quality of Care Reviews as needed.
  • Assists with training supervisors in the HR system. Assists with onboarding and offboarding of personnel across the agency, maintaining the learning management system, and other areas in the HR platform as needed.

  • All ABCFM employees are held to the highest ethical standard and agree to follow the agency Employee Handbook. All Living Well Professional Counseling employees are held to the highest ethical standard and agree to follow the AACC Code of Ethics in addition to the LWC Ethical Code of Conduct.
  • All employees are expected to review and adhere to all agency policies and to ask questions if they are uncertain about a policy.
  • All employees will complete orientation within the first 30 days of employment that includes a review of agency policies as well as specific training related to that employee’s job. Other trainings may be assigned based on the role of the employee and the site at which he/she will work. Employees are expected to complete all trainings by the assigned due date.
