Our Louisville Distribution Hub is hiring Quality Assurance Associates to join our team. Requirements

  • MUST LIVE LOCALLY
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
  • High School Diploma OR GED
  • 6+ months of experience as a picker/packer
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, and hand-held scanners
  • Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly
  • Demonstrated sense of accountability and problem resolution
  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Excellent attendance/punctuality and ability to work overtime, as required
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and oral form with a diversity of individuals in multiple functional areas
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • QA Associates are responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped.
  • Review pack lists to ensure contents of each order are properly included in each package.
  • Responsible for maintaining the levels of shipping materials and notifying the appropriate party when supplies are low
  • Responsible for packaging inventory including boxing up and sealing materials to be sent
  • Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients
  • Work with other fulfillment departments to see that all eligible packages are able to be sent out
  • Perform other duties as required to meet business needs
