About The Position

Quantus, Inc. is a Pennsylvania Corporation operating in the Life Sciences Equipment Services Industry. The company provides onsite Calibration, Certification, Consulting & Staffing, Environmental Monitoring, and Validation Services at customer facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region (DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA), with national travel required for project services like Validation. A Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for monitoring and recording results from processes and procedures, comparing them to predetermined expected output, and initiating corrective measures for deviations. This role involves developing and implementing company quality standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines and corporate policy, and requires knowledge of industry and governmental quality regulations. The associate audits and reviews quality data according to existing documents and procedures. This position works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role, with work being closely managed. The role is expected to grow with the organization as company needs evolve. The Quality Group drives conformance to company procedures and standards across all business areas, continuously enhancing employee development programs, providing classroom and practical training, defining rigorous inspection processes, and developing/aligning KPIs.

Requirements

Typically requires 3-6 years of related experience
May require an associate's degree or its equivalent
Must be computer literate, MacOS, proficient in Microsoft office, email, and can learn to work within custom database and software applications, to perform routine job duties
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Responsibilities

Support the on-boarding of new employees and enhance the orientation process
Improve upon existing employee training and practical testing
Implement, Improve, and Review SOP Test Questions
Develop SOPs and Work Instructions for internal and quality operations
Perform Environmental Monitoring Report reviews and approvals
Perform Validation Final Report Binder reviews and approvals
Perform receiving inspections to ensure vendor conformance
Complete supplier surveys
Follow Quantus, Inc. SOPs, Customer Procedures, and industry best practices
