About The Position

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE At HYMH, we’re committed to delivering the right part, to the right place, at the right time—and we need dedicated team members to make it happen. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the quality and service they expect. What You’ll Do: Customer Care: Deliver results and provide an optimal customer experience. Maintain Quality & Safety: Identify non-conformities, keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhere to 5S principles, and follow all safety procedures. Support Team Objectives: Maintain flexibility to support shifting departmental needs, including helping in different areas of the warehouse when required to ensure timely task completion. Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts and other machinery; maintain a valid Forklift Operator’s license; change batteries and propane tanks as needed. Critical Decision-Making: Comfortably make decisions on allowable deviations, disposition of non-conforming material and help investigate cause for defects. Part Returns: Process all types of part returns, recognizing importance of completion for our dealers. Auditing: Perform audits on a variety of processes throughout the warehouse and collaborate with management to explain errors and set expectations. Meet Performance Expectations: Achieve productivity requirements while focusing heavily on accuracy and quality by demonstrating problem solving, critical thinking, and collaboration. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: Strong teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and critical thinking skills. Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with warehouse policies and standard operating procedures. Comfortable using technology (RF device, tablet, computer, etc.). Experience with Sit Down, Stand Up, Reach, and Order Selector equipment—or willingness to learn. Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings and other instructions while using related tools and measuring devices to qualify parts. Develop proficiency in necessary programs required to perform department tasks. Physical Demands Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Reliable vision (with corrective lenses if needed). Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and rotating through multiple work areas. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must complete the Introduction to Inspection training curriculum within 60 days. Why HYMH?
