About The Position

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for ensuring that the product meets or exceeds the specifications of operation and appearance set forth by the organization and customer(s).

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to prioritize and follow directions.
• Ability to work 8+ hours per day and weekends as needed in a factory setting.
• Must be able to navigate all areas of the building and facility as needed.
• Required to sit, stand, walk, squat, and reach.
• Basic knowledge of paint and appearance.
• May occasionally lift and move up to 20 to 50 pounds in a factory or outside setting.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment as needed.
• Regular and timely attendance required.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with power tools preferred.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to operate a tractor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment and area.
• Perform checks and record per SOP’s.
• Perform rework, paint touch-up, and wash equipment
• Operate lift trucks and tractors
• Accurately document inspection results with any countermeasures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
