About The Position

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate in New Lisbon, WI. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for customer and supplier communications. This position will also ensure that the formulas and labels are accurate, and the quality of the product exceeds standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
• 3-4 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer supply documents
• Research and respond to customer questions/concerns
• Supplier approvals
• Incoming receipt label verification
• Create Specifications to send for customer approvals
• Approve ingredients in Business Central
• Apply for Kosher and Halal certifications
• Back up for sending customer samples
• Back up for label proof approval
• Back up for Quality Assurance Plant Document Control
