About The Position

Nice-Pak is a leading manufacturer of wipes for major retailers, serving customers from birth through retirement worldwide. The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Quality Assurance Supervisor, production floor, and analytical lab to ensure the highest quality of wipes are manufactured. This position is vital for maintaining operations and ensuring customers have access to necessary products. The ideal candidate is adept at multitasking, understands manufacturing basics like cGMP, cGDP, ISO, and CFR standards, and ideally has experience in a chemistry or biology lab. A science-related secondary education is preferred but not required. QA Analysts are expected to be professional, results-oriented, highly engaged, and capable of driving engagement within their teams.

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting products
  • Providing support to associates regarding documentation, questions, and material release
  • Ensuring the shift produces top-quality wipes
  • Working closely and partnering with cross-functional leaders from Safety, Operations, Maintenance, Compounding, and Warehouse departments
  • Anticipating production needs to eliminate downtime, eliminate Non-conformance, and ensure the right products are produced at the right time with the right quality and cost
  • Working with spreadsheets, reports, and emails
  • Conducting raw material testing and finished good testing
  • Communicating to leadership through data using various shift reports to detail successes and challenges
  • Anticipating challenges and solving problems creatively
