Quality Assurance Analyst - Remote (must reside in PA/TN)

Requirements
- 3+ years of related professional experience, preferably within healthcare or hospice.
- Experience conducting audits and working with operational data.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with quality and process-improvement methodologies such as CAPA, TQM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytical tools.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Salesforce, call-monitoring systems, or similar platforms is helpful.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and targeted audits across applicable areas of the business to evaluate quality, compliance, and adherence to established standards.
- Analyze quality metrics, audit results, operational trends, and performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, audit summaries, and reports that give leaders actionable insight into quality performance.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies, compliance risks, and recurring issues and communicate recommendations to operational leadership.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) efforts.
- Help prepare for regulatory surveys, accreditation reviews, internal audits, and compliance assessments.
- Partner with teams across the organization on process improvements, workflow changes, system updates, and other quality initiatives.
