About The Position

This position will support testing of modernization through supporting and leading the UAT test phase. The role requires knowledge and experience in manual and automation testing as part of an Agile/Scrum project team. Responsibilities include supporting and leading the UAT test phase for modernization applications, working with users and various business areas in creating and executing manual test cases, and creating and executing automation test scripts to increase test coverage and reuse repetitive automated tests to aid in reducing testing time. The role also involves creating automation scripts for ServiceNow applications, including Customer Portal, Provider Portal, Worker Portal, HR Portal, and Legal Portal, and supporting testing of modernized applications such as EBMS, SEBT, and C-CARE. The candidate will also be expected to learn new application functionality and automation tools as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in manual and automation testing as part of an Agile/Scrum project team.
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr for Jira.
• SQL Server.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Tricentis Tosca or other automation test tools.
• Experience with API and Performance Testing.
