About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Quality Applications Engineer to lead and oversee application-driven processes within our high-precision manufacturing facility. This role emphasizes engineering applications and process improvement, while maintaining strong focus on quality control. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, critical thinking abilities, and a background in engineering. This position will collaborate closely with the Applications Engineering team, Quality team, and Production Team to streamline communication and facilitate collaboration.

Requirements

Strong leadership skills are a must.
Strong critical thinking and engineering-based problem-solving skills.
Minimum 2 years of industry experience in engineering, or quality control is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Management experience is a plus but not required.
Exposure to machining, computational logic, GD&T, and CMM programming knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Applications Engineers to integrate innovative solutions that improve accuracy, manufacturability, and repeatability.
Take ownership of the Quality Department, executing quality control efforts and ensuring standards are consistently met across all production processes.
Develop, program, and train others on first-article processes, including program creation, operator procedures, and quality systems.
Foster teamwork, a positive work environment, and continuous improvement.
