About The Position

We’re looking for a Quality & Production Lead to oversee quality processes and support production during the printing, laminating, and slitting stages. Requirements

2+ years of manufacturing experience (flexographic printing preferred)
Strong understanding of quality processes and production environments
Leadership ability and confidence directing a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills across all levels of the organization
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, ERP systems)
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Experience with EFI Radius
Experience with GMP, SQF, or other quality systems

Responsibilities

Lead quality and production activities during your shift
Perform process audits to ensure operators are completing required quality checks
Verify product quality during printing (color, registration, consistency), slitting (width, placement, specifications), and lamination (coat weight, adhesion, oven testing)
Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards
Investigate and document non-conformances; determine disposition
Partner with production teams to implement corrective actions (CAPA)
Review production schedules and align priorities to meet customer expectations
Train and coach operators on quality standards, test methods, and procedures
Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, and company quality standards
Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement efforts
Step in to support production as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Ensure consistent execution of quality checks across all processes
Quickly identify and resolve quality issues
Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and SQF standards
Support production efficiency while protecting product quality
Provide leadership, training, and direction to team members
