The Quality and Inventory Control Technician is responsible for: For ensuring that products manufactured meet established quality standards and specifications. Conducting inspections, testing, and documentation throughout the production process to maintain product integrity, support continuous improvement, and ensure customer expectations are met. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory through daily cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, and root cause analysis. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production flow, and minimizing material shortages or excess. The role partners closely with Operations, Shipping/Receiving, Production, and Accounting to identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and help prevent future discrepancies. All duties must be performed in compliance with safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards.
