About The Position

Join us as a Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Supervisor at our Rome, GA manufacturing facility. In this on-site, night-shift role (10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., Sunday –Thursday with flexibility based on business needs), you’ll lead key initiatives that ensure our products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality. You’ll be part of a collaborative, quality-focused team working closely with Corporate Quality and plant leadership. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in quality and food safety
HACCP, SQF, and PCQI experience
Hands-on microbiology laboratory experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering accountability and execution
Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to microbial, sanitation, and food safety requirements, including HACCP, mandatory training, line validations, and third-party audit readiness.
Oversee allergen controls, inspection programs, and the site Food Safety Plan, while managing the QFS Lab budget and associated documentation.
Drive HPO initiatives, ensure compliance with SOPs and KPIs, and support development and maintenance of the site’s QFS SOP database.
Lead, coach, and train QFS Technicians, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and support to be successful.
